After that we continue our lesson on how to learn new language. There are many answer from my classmates. Some say through the lyrics of a song, watching movie with subtitles etc.Through deep discussion with Dr. Tan and my fellow friends we conclude to learn new language is by 'activate survival mode' in your mind. That is when you go to other country for sure you need to learn their language to survive. Example to buying food or stuff, to communicate with others, to make friends etc. Although you just learn the basic but surely you can survive in the other country.

Then we learn about affect states.

Affect States
Visceral level-It makes rapid judgements of what is good or bad and sends appropriate signals to the muscles and alerts the rest of the brain.

Behavioral level-The site of most human behaviour its action can enhanced or inhibited by the reflective layer and in turn it can enhanced or inhibit the visceral level.

Reflective thought-It does not have direct access either to sensory input or to the control of behaviour.
It watches over, reflects upon, and tries to bias the behavioral level.

At the end of the class Dr. Tan give a question and ask us to answer it in our blog.

QUESTION🙈

Up to this moment, What do you think design is?
I think design is a drawing/plan that designer use to brainstorming their idea to get a good products or outcome.

How would you define design?
A plan or drawing produced to show the look and function or workings of a building, garment, or other object before it is built or made.

How do you feel about design?
I think design need a creative mind and designer need to think outside of the box to create a new products that can blend well with the surroundings and can make income. So. to make a good design, there should be many research, sketches etc to make a high quality product.
